Our buffet breakfast – it really hits the spot
Our menu follows a weekly culinary programme with a new 5 course menu with fresh buffet salads each day. Other highlights include aperitifs, candlelight dinners in spring and autumn, a menu featuring salads rich in health-giving herbs, dessert buffet, hors d'oeuvre buffet and Ticino speciality evenings.

Our chef and his team spare no efforts in selecting ingredients for our menus. Each day, freshly harvested herbs from our own gardens add zest to the dishes we offer. As soon as temperatures allow, we serve breakfast and dinner on our panorama terrace and under the pergola in the garden.
